Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • Curiate NZ Ltd is dedicated to providing quality toys and educational resources to our customers and your satisfaction is most important to us, if something isn't right, please let us know
  • Upon first receiving your order from Curiate NZ Ltd, please thoroughly check against your invoice or packing slip
  • Any product damage must be notified to Curiate NZ Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the order and depending on the nature of the damage/defect, Curiate will accept returns up to 12 months from receiving the item (unless a longer warranty against a particular product is specified)
  • A photographic image and/or explanation for the reason for the return may be required to support your return, particularly for a damaged item
  • If you are not satisfied with your item/s or have had a change of mind, please notify the Curiate NZ Ltd customer services team within 7 days of receiving your item
  • If you are returning a damaged item are not satisfied with products received from Curiate NZ Ltd, or have had a change of mind, please note the below notes with regards to returning the item/s:
    1. Unless damaged or damaged in transit, the products and resources must be returned in their original condition, i.e. in original retail packaging, not used, damaged or marked in any way
    2. Depending on the nature of the return, you may be charged freight
      2.1. Freight costs on returns due to a ‘Change of Mind’ will be the responsibility of the customer returning the goods
    3. Once the returned product has been received and the condition of the item determined acceptable by the Curiate Warehouse, a refund or credit will be processed to your account. If appropriate, required, and/or if not already done, a replacement product dispatched to you
      3.1. Freight will not be refunded on ‘Change of Mind’ returns
    4. Please include a copy of the invoice pertaining to the returned product(s)
  • Note: A replacement product may be sent to you prior to us receiving the returned product
  • Where any of the conditions for making a claim have not been met, the goods shall be returned to you at your expense
